Yummy Oatmeal Recipe

This is a quick, simple and yummy oatmeal breakfast recipe that you can prepare the night before and heat up at work. It’s Daniel fast friendly ๐Ÿ™‚

Yummy Oatmeal

1/3 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (I like Quaker)
1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk (Blue Diamond is easy to find)
1T Raisins
1 small handful coarsely chopped walnuts
4 dashes of ground Cinnamon
3 dashes of ground Allspice
1T Date Honey

Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Alternately, combine ingredients in a small saucepan and cook on medium heat until hot, about 5 minutes.

p.s. If you haven’t tried your oatmeal with milk instead of water, I recommend it. It makes it really creamy.
